Berry Sparkling Soda Water
On a hot summer day the sound of a soda bottle opening makes your mouth water knowing that your taste buds will be full of satisfaction. Soda is one of those satisfying beverages yet has sugar so instead of drinking something that has sugar enjoy a refreshing soda water. You can make different flavors and also makes a great cocktail.
For this recipe I chose to make a berry sparking water with blueberries and strawberries. There are many benefits to strawberries and blueberries.
Strawberries can improve blood antioxidant status, decrease oxidative stress, reduce inflammation, improve vascular function, improve your blood lipid profile, and reduce the harmful oxidation of LDL (bad) cholesterol.
Blueberries deliver healthy antioxidants, can help with digestion, Improve skin health, Promote healthy bones, Support healthy blood pressure, Boost brain functioning and help protect against heart disease and cancer.
In addition, strawberries and blueberries just taste great together
